Lambay Whiskey Reserve Cask Series Single Malt - Batch 01, is the first of three releases, which are said to push the boundaries for Lambay whiskey fans to taste the diversity of three very different limited-edition cask releases.

 

Lambay Whiskey, which is located on its namesake Island off the coast of north County Dublin, was inspired by Cyril Camus, President of Maison Camus; an independent Cognac house since 1863, which remains one of the last family-owned cognac houses.

 

This first release in the new series contains a higher percentage of island matured Lambay single malt delivering a more intense salty note. It has also undergone a first-fill and second-fill Camus cognac cask finishing.
