Finish (46.3% ABV) is the latest edition to their Elgin Heritage Collection
of single malt Scotch whiskies, and is said to be an excellent example of how
the interaction of the whisky and the Port cask during the finally stages of
maturation can bring through beautiful multi-layered notes, combining the spicy
sweetness from the ex-bourbon casks and the rich wine flavours from the Port
casks imported from Portugal.
