Continuing their string of UK wide ‘Whisky Fests’ The Whisky Lounge are making a much welcomed return to London with their particular brand of fest frolics, as they yet again bring whisky to the people of the capital on Saturday May 18th for the 2013 London Whisky Fest.
Following the huge success of last year’s event which attracted over 1800 whisky lovers, making it the largest whisky festival in the UK, this year’s event promises to be even bigger and better!
If that wasn’t enough and you wanted even more weekend whisky based dramanagins and you like a tune or two, they’ll also be bringing something special to town on Sunday May 19th, in the form of the first ever ‘Jam & Dram’.
In partnership with Cask Strength Creative, The Whisky Lounge will be bringing you an afternoon blended together with whisky and live music.
In addition to over two hours of live music and plenty of time to roam around the whisky stands taking in some of the very best drams the industry has to offer, you’ll also be able to participate in the building of a giant blend as part of a ‘Great Whisky Experiment’.
Both of the weekend’s events will be taking place in the new and funky setting of the Village Underground in Shoreditch, and we’re thrilled to announce that we’ve teamed up with The Whisky Lounge to give away 15 pairs of tickets to weekend’s events.
We’re giving away five pairs of tickets to early session of London Whisky Fest between 12-4pm on May 18th, five pairs of tickets to the late session of London Whisky Fest between 5-9pm on May 18th and five pairs of tickets to Jam & Dram between 12-5pm on May 19th.
